The customer service was atrocious. I was the only one there. It was 40 min before closing time. The older woman behind the counter acted extremely annoyed that I had the gall to order anything at all. She rolled her eyes and looked at me like I was an idiot for not knowing the coffee drinks they serve. I ordered a large and she rolled her eyes and muttered "(sigh) they only come in one size." This woman seemed seriously upset with me and I seriously only asked what they put in one of their drinks. I wish I was exaggerating. I was so uncomfortable that I ultimately just said, "You know what? Never mind," and I turned and left.

I have been here several times and have never had an issue with the speed of service. Drinks are average - to me they are the same tasting drinks you can buy from any non-chain coffee shop. I have also tried the smoothies and I thought they were good. NIce to know of a place that you can get a smoothie with protein powder when you want something a little healthier. Tried the german chocolate and maple donuts in the past and both were good. It it the most glamorous shop I have ever been to? No, but it sure beats a Starbucks any day IMO.

Ok, on the way up to the family's cabin I stopped for a Latte and donuts. When I arrived I was the only person there and some other person was at the drive thru. I ordered my latte and almost 15 minutes later the medium cup was in hand. I thought to myself for waiting fifteen minutes for a latte this was going to be one of the best tasting I've had since arriving. Nope! The latte was the exact opposite - not even drinkable - it was so bitter and lame I chucked it. What a waste of $3.75 + tax! In addition, they only had a couple of dry greasy donuts left over from the morning. Recommendation: Step up the service; smiles and speed do a lot! Think about your coffee and let's have some donuts!

Best apple fritters I have ever had! You need to get there early otherwise they are all gone.
